okay so i'm looking through all the documents i have that are telling me what to do and have for registration and how to handle myself when i get to france and WHAT WAS I THINKING registering for a french university? Everything's written in french. That shouldn't be surprising but for one reason or another it was a bit of a jolt to my system. I was ever so slowly translating the pdf and realized "holy shit this is my life now."

holy crap, i'm freaking out just a tiny bit. tiny bit. super nervous. 

what if i get there and don't know where my first class is so i get lost on campus and am late to my first day of class, then can't ask anyone where to go because i don't speak french yet?

i know that is unlikely to happen. 

just voicing my worries.

i have a lot of worries.

what if everyone there is mean and then i can't leave for eight months?

what if i never learn french and come back and everyone's disappointed?

what if i fail out of my french classes because i'm too stupid to learn another language?
